What is a Feedback Form? How can I collect information from people on my website? Can I take Survey's?

The answer to all of the above is YES!  They all use the same form.  The Feedback Form is a form you can put on your website that collects data.  You can add as many fields to the form as you like.  You can customize what type of fields there are.  You can make custom labels for the forms and more!
