For a list of Advanced Gallery videos click here
The items required for the Advanced Gallery Module to work properly:
- Advanced Gallery module (Click here for instructions on how to add a new module)
- A page to display your Images. On that page you will need:
- Advanced Gallery : Image list frame (if you are not going to have a "search results" page then you will want to make set the "Images listed" to "search results")Click here to see more detailed info
- Full Text Search Box for the Advanced Gallery Module
3. Images (you will need to first upload your images to the image store see here how to do that, then you will need to add the images to the Advanced Gallery: Images area)
4. Categories. You should design an easy structure to see your images in, if you plan to use a category list.
Those are the most basic components needed to get your Images up and running. Here are some optional frames that can be added:
- Advanced Gallery : Category Description (this will show the description of your category as specified in the Advanced Gallery Module)
- Advanced Gallery : Advanced Category List (this differs slightly from the "category list" in the way that it can show images to represent the category instead of only text)
- Advanced Gallery : Category Title (this will show the title of your category as specified in the Advanced Gallery Module)
- Navigation Menu's can be linked to category's or items. This is helpful in creating a custom menu for your Advanced Gallery module.
- Category list. This frame has many great features. When set to "Show Locations" "level by Level" it gives the affect of breadcrumbs.
