When your inbox is full, there are several ways to fix this.
1. Clear out messages in webmail
2. Set your main mail client to not "Leave messages on the server" or reduce the amount of time they are left on. WE RECOMMEND 1 TO 3 DAYS
3. If you are checking your mail on your desktop/laptop and mobile device, instead of leaving messages on the server you can forward your messages to a separate account on your Phone. And have your main email account not leave messages on the server
4. You can also setup your email account in Gmail and are able to send and receive mail from your domain's email account. Here is a quick video on how to set this up.
