First, go to your product details page,
layout builder. Then add a "text block" by clicking on the "+" sign and adding text block. Next edit the text block (see next screenshot)

When you edit your text block you can choose a variable that represents your product data, such as a product title or manufacturer, brand, etc... when you choose the variables you want you can select the variables and choose to format them with the "Heading 1"(H1) to make it an H tag on your details page. This will automatically make the data you specify from your variable an Htag on your details page.
