YES!  Here's how.

First go to your pages area. 

Then E-commerce pages.

Then look for your "Invoice" page.

Then check the box that reads "Survey Opt-In Module of Google Customer Reviews".

Once you check the box you will have some configuration options.  Including the option to include any added shipping time to your shipping estimates.  By default the estimated shipping time from the shipper will be sent over to Google, if you require additional time for processing you can add it here.

You can then Save.  And publish.
